Grimmcore Studios partners with Aggregate Ink to bring horror comics to public libraries.

Grimmcore Studios has started a new partnership with digital comics distributor Aggregate Ink to bring new horror, dark fantasy, and dark sci-fi titles to public libraries across the United States.

The first Grimmcore Studios title to be available through Aggregate Ink is the award-winning graphic novel The Return of Camazotz, which is currently available for free on Hoopla.

Aggregate Ink is a new distribution service designed to help independent comic creators get their work into public libraries and reach new readers. The service brings together indie comics under one distribution umbrella, allowing titles to be offered through platforms such as Hoopla and The Palace Project, with plans for future distribution on platforms like Libby and Comics Plus. Aggregate Ink currently represents around 100 titles and plans to expand its library distribution network.

Rafael Flores Jr., Chief Operating Officer of Grimmcore Studios and creator of The Return of Camazotz, had this to say about this new partnership:

“We are excited to announce The Return of Camazotz is now officially available on Hoopla!, the largest digital media platform for public libraries. We couldn’t have done this without our newest partnership with Aggregate Ink, the leading provider of independent comics to digital libraries. This means if you have a public library card and your library partners with Hoopla! You can now read The Return of Camazotz for free! We hope to provide more titles in the near future and with the help of Aggregate Ink to expand to even more digital library providers. Stay tuned for more information as we continue to expand our reach across the globe.”
